Meet the Florida Panther

One of the rarest big cats - less than 100 are currently alive. This 13 year old was rescued from being kept as a pet, and is now part of a breeding programme.

Reminds me of some programme I saw about keeping tigers as pets - I'm sure it said that there are more tigers kept as pets in the US than there are wild tigers on the entire planet...
