I found this article on This Is London. I'm sure it's a no no on the District at 8.30 am, but the idea's amusing enough...

Leg Raise

What it does: Stretches the legs and toughens thigh and shin muscles as people crash into you.

Tony Keen says: This is a great one for really pissing off the other passengers, especially if time to co-incide with "Move right inside the carriage" announcements. On the other hand, it may make you popular on evenging train, by stopping the tramps coming any further down the carriage.

Somehow I have trouble visualizing this guy in a business suit doing this.

We have pages from an exercise in the office book up by the printers and photocopiers. I do lots of stretches and such whilst awaiting print jobs.
