After ages of various people complaining about the Astronomy Picture of the Day and similar, LJ introduced an option so that pictures above a certain size don't get loaded on your friends page, but give you an icon to click on instead (or you can click on the comment link and see the image in all its glory) - I've been doing using it for a few days now, and it seems to work mostly (except that they use size measured in kilobytes rather than in pixels).

So all pornography is trivial? There's no porn on Wikipedia? There's no trivial information which is also useful and accurate? Or is this just a slice through the three dimensional world? :-)
