Temperature-sensitive LED-illuminated faucets for the bathroom of tomorrow - today!

Or as they say in kindergarten: "Want! Now!"

Hansa's Canyon is a open-topped faucet, with a set of temperature-sensitive LEDs lining the walls that change colour depending on the temperature of the water - blue for cold, red for hot.

Hmmm. Not something to have in hard water areas.

Good point.

Anyone daft enough to have one of those ugly things would have a hard water softner fitted. Three stage unit would do the job. A magnetic passive unit at water point of entry, an electronic limescale reducer softner that and then an electronic salt-fed water softener at the final stage.

The fourth stage is a housemaid paid at subsistence wages to keep it clean.

PS Vinegar is just as good for cleaning Limescale as anything else on the market.
