Yup, the transparent green lines carry liquid coolant to the heat exchanger (radiator) at the lower front of the box. All of the other pipes are trunking to hide the wiring.

It's a great piece of work, to be sure, but I'm a little disappointed that the builder just bought a (perspex) case with a standard PC layout: power supply at the top at the back, drives at the top at the front, motherboard mounted vertically towards the back of the case. Given the amount of work he did to a) fit everything in and b) mod all of the components (especially all the chroming), it seems a shame that he didn't go the whole hog, build the case from scratch and end up with something with more of a fishtank-like Orac profile.

One solution to exposed bolts would be attach blocks to the inside of the casing, and mount the nuts into those (as threaded sleeves) ...
