Goose or clown? If the beak is red, it's a comedian...

There's a small flock of geese flying around Putney this morning, gently honking in time to their wing beats. For some reason every time I hear them I imagine that they're a small herd of clowns on bicycles, parping tiny hooters as they pedal up the street.

(This surreal moment brought to you by Thursday. I never could get the hang of Thursdays.)

Clowns are exceedingly disturbing

I was walking through the middle of Bath one lunchtime, down by the river. I could hear the gentle sounds of river life, geese gently honking in time to their wing beats.

Then another bunch of those bloody clowns rolled past on their unicycles, parping away.

Stamp out this evil street entertainer menace, I say !

I want evil geese with lasers, is that too much to fricking ask?

That was actually my response to someone else's post that mentioned geese yesterday, if I start to see more I am going to get seriously paranoid (or write them into an RPG)...

You'll have to ask Mr Dobson for those.

Mr D had at least one goose, named Gertie IIRC.
