sbisson at 01:35pm on 22/08/2003Yesterday I was passed an amusing promotional T-shirt for a language that is most definitely not Java. It's very clear about that. I mean very clear indeed. It's even got a disclaimer.
"Visual J#.NET: because great java* comes from Seattle.
*Of course, our lawyers would like to add that Visual J# .NET is a development tool for building applications on the .NET Framework using the Java language and is neither approved nor endorsed by Sun Microsystems, Inc. But saying "great java language" comes from Seattle doesn't make for a very good t-shirt, does it?"
(Well, I thought it was funny...)
