Not really sure. I know someone I really do want to have an argument with right now, but I know I won't...

One of IBM's PR people.

My usual morning shower.

A muesli breakfast bar and a cup of red chai.

Yesterday I was passed an amusing promotional T-shirt for a language that is most definitely not Java. It's very clear about that. I mean very clear indeed. It's even got a disclaimer.

"Visual J#.NET: because great java* comes from Seattle.
*Of course, our lawyers would like to add that Visual J# .NET is a development tool for building applications on the .NET Framework using the Java language and is neither approved nor endorsed by Sun Microsystems, Inc. But saying "great java language" comes from Seattle doesn't make for a very good t-shirt, does it?"

(Well, I thought it was funny...)

William Gibson's stories always have lots of hidden musical references. Even the earliest works, like "Fragments Of A Hologram Rose". Here you'll find a rather nice hidden Eno reference, in the shape of a refugee camp called Judy's Jungle )
