Get rid of those sinking feelings with this useful little tip:
Set up a rule that defers sending an email for 1 or 2 minutes. You can double check the addresses and content, make edits or even delete a message from the queue before it goes (and of course if it's just venting, make sure the flames aren't too hot)...
