No, it's the HP Omnibook I had to give back after being laid off! Fehen went to the big Mac graveyard a long while back...
I still have another 4 laptops, anyway! All of which have a better spec than that one (apart from the scratch Thinkpad which we keep around as a test machine)...
OS X is a good move, I have a TiBook you can look at sometime. Plenty of screen space, decent editors, and of course a real UNIX underneath. PC-wise I'm using Toshiba and HP/Compaq these days...
For an OS X machine, dependent on your actual requirements, I would suggest either an iBook or wait for Apple to revise the 15inch Powerbook in line with the 17inch.
The 12inch Powerbook doesn't seem to offer much over the 12inch iBook, except a G4 processor and more heat generation.
I can heartedly reccommend the Toshiba Portege 3500 Tablet PC. Would have reccommended the HP Omnibook XE4100 but HP aren't making laptops anymore (though if you want one cheap I have a spare one at the moment, 256MB RAM, DVD, etc., boxed as new). Client of mine has switched to the Compaq Evo N1015v as a replacement. First one in does look lovely.

laptop?
Your orange Imac?
I'm looking for advice on a good work laptop to choose. OS X is a possibility.
