Somehow I keep coming up with peculiar, slightly cryptic, crossword clues.

Last night, as I piled old cardboard boxes from the loft outside the front of the house, I realised that "Father Dougal sees the vampire slayer in windy weather" was an eight letter word.

This one's easy compared to some of the others...

*mumbles*

Any specialised knowledge of vampire slaying (having seen it more than once, say) necessary?

That's not a crossword clue, it's my life.

Sounds even *more* like a crossword clue now.
Goldfrapp out Monday.

Someone said something to me on IM the other night that I thought sonded exactly like a crossword clue: Bjork irks me. It just itched to have (6,7) put after it..

Can we have a clue?

Something along the lines of "buffyted"?

(Am more used to boring, straightforward American crossword clues!)

And you get today's No-Prize. Yes, it was "buffeted"...

I'm trying to blog the WS2003 launch at http://radio.weblogs.com/0122881/ and it's very hard to make sense of any of it!
