... of course if you have a test client that supports security, you can do most of your test posts as "private" and then they don't show up in other people's friends lists ... but I'm only saying this because others complained when I did my testing so I think it's a meme!
No, I forgot the "usejournal" element in my query string.
It's now posting into its own community, so folk can see what I'm doing if they want. Still, I'm proud of that first posting, as it means I'm one step on the way to getting something working! So it's going to stay in my journal as a landmark.
And it's the first serious coding I've done for a long time...
