I will bring what Simon thinks is my absinthe spoon (my mum used it to scatter sugar over strawberries but it does look very like the ones in the window of the absinthe museum).

Thanks, but St. George Absinthe Verte (the good stuff), is so clean, it doesn't need sugar.
