If you need to do anything to an IP address, this site - the RodentNet ad hoc IP tools - has to be one of your first ports of call. It aggregates and provides initial interfaces for most of the web-based network tools out there, from port checkers to network scanners, and from bandwidth calculators to DNS tools.
