I hadn't realised we'd found a road, I just wanted to go to both and damn the driving ;-)
I think the lack of much conrepping on ConteXXt goes with the fact that we all enjoy Unicons but not that many people want to run them. There currently isn't a bid or a committee for next year - but there are dates when we could have the same site again and I've volunteered to investigate Oxford sites if anyone wants to run there. bids@unicon.org,uk is the address to let the steering committee know if you want to be (on) the con committee for next year; self-congregated committees rather than individual volunteers much preferred. There will be another meeting at Novacon to either approve a committee or say that there won't be a Unicon in 2003.
