- Fri, 15:02: Recent Reads: Among Others. Jo Walton's industrial landscape of elfland is a modern coming of age (with books). Magic in the interstices.
- Fri, 15:04: Fascinating reading a book like Among Others that reflected so much of my teenage life (and that of many of my firiends).
- Fri, 16:28: Tron Legacy: Reconfigured - a damn fine album for the mashup/remix fan. Play loud.
- Fri, 19:01: Finally found a use for the kit lens that came with my D40. Works well with my fisheye adaptor, Bingo! Fisheye/macro lens added to my bag.
- Fri, 19:14: Today's Google Doodle seems rather cruel. Mouse over pool, fish jumps up the waterfall, gets eaten by a bear.
- Fri, 19:49: Making movies of my travels from iPhone data. Interesting to see it records positions even when data is turned off.
- Fri, 20:14: So, according to @marypcbuk if I learnt more Latin, then English would be easier. But then there are words with Greek formations. Aaargh!
- Fri, 21:42: Decisions, decisions. Velocity pose-AWS fail, or CFP post-iPhone privacy issues?
- Fri, 21:47: @Microsoft, it might be a good idea to note that a competition is US only when advertising it on a global forum like Twitter...
