While we were in Barcelona, before the ash came down, we were at Intel's European software development event. I'll leave the discussions of parallel programming techniques to our ZDNet blog, and I'll just share with you this set of photographs from one of the evening events.
One of the Intel developer evangelists had just come back from Brazil, where he'd mixed business and pleasure with some guitar classes. Not taking - teaching - as he turned out to be one of the best modern classic guitar players I've had the privilege to hear or see. Borrowing a guitar from one of the Spanish band, he sat down and played an impromptu set.
It was, as they say, wonderful. It also made for some cracking images.
