Technology, Books and Other Neat Stuff

According to an email I just received Apple's "announcement" on October 12^th is being simulcast to the UK at the BBC Television Centre. That's an unusual place for a press conference.

Video iPod? Or new versions of the video editing software? The rumoured media centre Mac Mini? Any of them would work for that choice of venue...

(Pity I can't go - I'm seeing Google to learn about their enterprise strategy for Europe. It'll be interesting to see how they play in the evolving Computing 5.0 world...)
