Because you may have ended up with Matthew Falla's art project Broadcasting House, which embeds a TV transmitter in a small model house, which periodically transmits a TV signal. As it's closer to your TV than the transmitter, it will replace the broadcast signal with its own pirate, poetic, broadcast...

Bye bye Betamax

The US Supreme Court has just overturned the Grokster decision 9-0.

Not a good day for legal applications of P2P. And a good day for the MPAA and the RIAA.

If your business model is broken, making it the law is a really, really stupid idea. That way revolutions start.
