Breaking bread

Today I baked my first ever loaf of bread. Sure, I was following the recipe in the manual for our bread machine (with the addition of fresh oregano and garlic cloves), and I let the machine do most of the work, but I'm still pleased with what came out at the end...

Now, what to put in the next one? At the moment I'm thinking parmesan and roast onions.
