What ever happened to...

...Blancmange?

One of the better electro-pop bands to come out of the 80s, but now sadly disappeared. I've found myself listening to them a lot recently, delightfully twisted lyrics over an insistent early FM synthesiser swirl, with the tish-tish of Roland drum machines in the background.

Excellent stuff.

Pity we're still waiting for the new Baxendale album...
