I just took a few minutes out of my day to re-read Scott McCloud's excellent "Zot! Online", taking the lessons of his Reinventing Comics and applying them to his classic character Zot.

Well worth 20 minutes or so.

...and try some Shoebox Holography.

Could be just what I need to get started again, especially if it is possible to use laser diodes and to get everything set up for less than $50...
