While what we watched were the improved MST3K versions, they were still stupendously awful. I can heartily recommend avoiding Space Mutiny (reusing Battlestar Galactica special effects, and the worst golf cart chase ever...) and Pod People (dubbed Franco/Spanish cross between ET, Alien and Belle and Sebastien).
At all costs.

However, in better news, The Way Things Go was wonderful, and had lots of cool chemistry and physics. It's easy to see where the idea for Cog came from once you've seen it...
