The web's favourite search engine has itroduced a new search operator: the ~ character.
It's an interesting tool, as it searches for the keyword and its synonyms. So you canuse it to find documents that use words that are like the one you've chosen. Hopefully it'll put paid to using long strings of search terms, and also make it easier to find that serendipitous document that contains what you're really looking for, not just what you think you're looking for...
People are already trying to find out what Google defines as the synonyms for a specific word...
