marypcb is going on a business trip to San Francisco at the end of February, and I had some holiday to take before the end of March, we did a little impromptu ballet of web sites, emails, IMs and phone calls this afternoon.
I booked the time off from work, and she managed to persuade the meeting organisers to let her book her own flights, we stretched her trip out to a decent length of time, and we've booked the flights. We're going to spend just over a week in the Bay Area instead of the 2 and a bit days of meetings that they'd planned for her.
This is going to be fun!
